While this could account for the slight effects on blood sugar, there is no evidence that Apple Cider Vinegar promotes weight loss.
Anytime you see an ad for a supplement that causes weight loss on its own without changing your diet and exercise habits, you should raise a red flag as this is a fad diet that will pass.
